This page explains what information Oltuvo collects through oltuvo.com and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@oltuvo.com.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, website address and message, when you email us or ask for a free review.
- What you enter when you book a call through Calendly: your name, email, the time you pick and any notes.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs to keep the site running and secure, such as IP address and browser type.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or rent your information.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare your review or call, and work with you if you become a client.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
Each of them processes data under its own privacy terms. Some of them store data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and client records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email hello@oltuvo.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
